Sydney Textile Co. is the home of designer Trea Jane Scott. Her love for art, design, interiors and textiles has lead to a bespoke business as a designer select projects and as an educator in design principles. Working for a range of clients on custom textile projects and interior design projects. Trea also works for a local design school currently creating all their design products, content, communications and marketing. Here are our latest client review….

‘I found Trea to be everything you could want in a designer: exquisite design sense, highly professional and outstanding client relationship skills. It was a delight to work with her. At every stage of our project she provided artist and production wisdom while always being responsive to our needs and expectations. The end product made us all extremely proud. She comes with my highest recommendation.’ Dr Moira Scollay AM, Deputy Chair, Four Winds Festival.
‘We engaged Trea to advise on selections for our bathroom design. I wanted to extend my style but didn’t know how. She found the most beautiful colour palette and tile for us to use as a feature wall that was subtle enough to keep the bathroom calm but added beautiful texture and warmth I was looking for. Thanks Trea we love it” Caroline Simpson
Four Winds engaged Trea Scott to work on designs for merchandise for our biennial Festival. She produced some beautiful designs based on images supplied by an artist who had donated his work to our organisation. We found Trea to be a delight to work with. She carefully and conscientiously works with the client to ensure the best possible outcome and, whilst she strives to make sure she delivers exactly what was commissioned, she also shows great initiative in proposing alternative solutions if she feels they would produce a better or more cost effective result. In addition to designing the merchandise, Trea also acted as the production manager, liaising where necessary with the suppliers and, even when working to tight budgets and deadlines, we knew that we could rely on her. She really goes the extra mile to make sure that the client is happy and I would recommend her unreservedly. Sian Morgan Hall. Director, Fundraising, Four Winds Festival.
